Academic Year 2023 - 2024
This 2023-2024 academic year, we are investigating powering non-powered dams in New York State as part of the 2024 Hydropower Collegiate Competition.
Academic Year 2022 - 2023
During the 2022-2023 academic year, we competed alongside 12 other universities in the Department of Energy's Hydropower Collegiate Competition. Our case study investigated a possible pumped storage hydropower plant between Lake Erie and Lake Ontario. We presented our solution at the 2023 Water Power Week in Washington, DC.
